When I decided to become self-employed, I had a decent idea of my approach.  I’d made enough contacts, had enough technical experience, and enough corporate world experience, that I figured I could make a run at it as an independent consultant.

I decided to provide technical architectural and implementation services for medium to large companies in the Denver area.  And I did.  It actually worked out pretty well.
