I would write clues into the Denver Nights manuscript.

When people read the narrative…without knowing what they were looking for…the clues would blend into the story.

But once they knew the question, they could use their own skills and piece things together and determine the answer.

We decided there would be a single prize.  And a single winner.  And that the prize would be $15,000.

People who bought Denver Nights wouldn’t just be buying a lottery ticket and hoping they win a prize by chance.

Every copy of Denver Nights would be the winning ticket.
